Button: Figure Head Area

Description:

When using the Figure Head Area tool, you get this error


Error during APQ insert - Microsoft VisualBasic ErrObject

Error during LoadAPQFile - eFileNotFound

Error during InsertAPQandTEXT

Solutions:

Cause:

Figure Head Area cannot find the APQ block in the drawing's block table. **Possible there's a missing registry entry**
Solution:

The easiest workaround is to insert a hose flow block on the drawing (HF command) then run figure head area again.

**NOTES FOR HYDRATEC SUPPORT TEAM** Click on the registry entry; [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hydratec\HydraCAD\Ver50\Hcad]

See if the key PROGRAMS exists on the right side. If so, confirm the directory it's pointing to exists on the computer. If the directory doesn't exist, it should be edited to match the current HydraCAD version (eg. ...\50.3 ...\Version53 ...\Version54 \Version58)
