When opening the HydraHEADs application, either from HydraCAD, HydraLIST or as a stand-alone, the top right section of the window is off screen, meaning that trying to select a manufacturer is impossible as it cannot be seen

The computer had the Chinese language loaded as a second language The program could not open acsizefl.txt becuse it was messing with the way it read the ½” marks. To test eliminate the 1/2" marks in the acsizefl and try to open HydraLIST if it opens this is the problem.
